Mark Winton Inc. was founded in 2012 by Mark Winton to build homes of the highest design, quality and value. Our first product line is New Traditions, blending Tuscan, Mediterranean, and Southwestern design in an energy efficient and attractive home. We also build turnkey customs homes. Mark Winton is a third generation builder in the El Paso area. He grew up in and around his father’s real estate company, WIN Properties and then learned the trade of home building as an adult at his grandfather’s business, Winton Homes. He graduated from Texas Tech with a bachelor’s degree in Architectural Science. Mark Winton Inc.’s goal is to combine the lessons learned from over 40 years of construction legacy, with innovative architectural design principals and an open mindedness to emerging technologies that improve the energy efficiency and livability of our homes. Mark Winton Inc. is a member of the El Paso Home Builders Association, which includes state and national affiliation. We are open to discussing any residential project big or small.
